Breaking Down the Game: Once Sport at Glazier Clinics in Pittsburgh and San Francisco

The Once Sport journey in the United States continued this spring as we attended two major American football coaching events, the Glazier Football Coaching Clinics in Pittsburgh and San Francisco. At both events, we demonstrated how coaches can use Once Sport Analyser & Once Sport Telestrator to break down plays, create telestrations, and communicate tactical ideas clearly during film sessions.
Both events brought together hundreds of passionate coaches looking to learn, exchange ideas, and discover new ways to develop their teams. For us, these trips were also an opportunity to connect with the American football coaching community and showcase how Once Sport can support coaches in analysing and presenting the game more effectively.
A key part of this experience was our growing partnership with Dub Maddox who helped introduce us to the Glazier Clinics network. Recently, he began incorporating Once Sport's video analysis and telestration tools into his coaching presentations, demonstrating how modern software can help American football coaches break down plays and present concepts more effectively.
Pittsburgh: Sharing Ideas and Filming with Dub Maddox
Our first stop was the 2026 Pittsburgh Football Coaching Clinic, where our CEO Dalibor Čvek and technology advisor Nenad Markuš represented Once Sport.
Glazier Clinics are known for bringing together experienced speakers and dedicated coaches who are always looking for new ways to improve their programs. Throughout the event we spoke with coaches about American football film breakdown, telestration, and video analysis workflows, and demonstrated how Once Sport helps simplify the process of analysing game footage and presenting tactical ideas to players.
One of the highlights of the clinic was spending time with Dub Maddox, who delivered several presentations during the event. His sessions focused on offensive concepts and quarterback decision-making through his well-known R4 Football System, which helps players process information faster and make better decisions on the field.

San Francisco: Continuing the Journey
A few weeks later, our CEO Dalibor Čvek traveled to the 2026 San Francisco Football Coaching Clinic.
The clinic gathered thousands of American football coaches from high school and college programs across California and the West Coast, all looking to exchange ideas, learn new concepts, and improve their coaching methods.
Just like in Pittsburgh, Dub Maddox was also present in San Francisco, delivering presentations and continuing to showcase how structured quarterback decision-making can improve offensive performance. During his talks, Dub again incorporated Once Sport tools, demonstrating how coaches can use video analysis and telestration to clearly present reads, routes, and play concepts.
Throughout the event, Dalibor connected with coaches interested in improving their American football video analysis workflow, showing how Once Sport Analyser helps break down game footage and how Once Sport Telestrator allows coaches to draw routes, highlight player movement, and create clear visual explanations during meetings and presentations.
While in San Francisco, Dalibor also met with Haris Obić, a Once Sport user working with Cal Magic Soccer Club. It was great to connect in person, exchange experiences, and hear how video analysis tools are used in day-to-day coaching.
