Once Sport returns to Portugal and visits Spain

Our recent trip was nothing short of a success! We had the opportunity to showcase Once Sport in Portugal and Spain, engage with coaches and sports professionals, and strengthen relationships in both countries.
ANTF Forum in Matosinhos
We started our trip at the ANTF Forumin Matosinhos, where our booth was set up for two exciting days. The event brought together 1,500 coaches from all over Portugal, and it was great to see so much interest in our products. One of the highlights was our dice game, where visitors rolled the dice to win prizes, including free use of Once Sport Analyser Elite, our most advanced solution.
The forum began with an interesting debate with Carlos Queiroz , former Real Madrid and Portugal national team coach, who shared insights on training models. In the afternoon, sessions moved to Estádio do Mar , where coaches participated in practical workshops.
Day 2 was even busier, with our booth attracting much attention from start to finish. Many coaches were particularly interested in our automated recording solution, Once Sport Autocam. Also, we have printed out a few copies of our recently published e Book “Drills Performed By Elite Clubs And Coaches” which attracted a lot of attention.
The day’s main speakers were two big names in football: Jorge Jesus, current Al Hilal coach, and Marco Silva, head coach of Fulham F. C. and one of the most exciting young coaches in the Premier League.
We wrapped up the ANTF Forum extremely happy, having gotten a lot of valuable contacts to explore further in Portugal. This was our second year attending, and after such a fantastic experience, we’re already looking forward to next year!
Holding a Workshop at Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo
After leaving Matosinhos, we drove to Viana do Castelo for a workshop with master’s students in Sports Trainingat the Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo(IPVC). There, we were hosted by our friend and partner, Miguel Camões. He is a former assistant coach of Portugal’s roller hockey team and currently works as a professor and assistant coach of Juventude de Viana, a roller hockey team that plays in the first division in Portugal.. A special highlight was meeting Paulo Freitas , the current head coach of Portugal’s national roller hockey team.
The workshop went amazingly, with students showing strong interest in Once Sport Analyserand its role in modern sports analysis. We also demonstrated the Once Sport Coach Board. The reactions were incredible, people loved how intuitive and easy to use it is.
A quick visit to Spain and O Porriño
The next day, we traveled to OPorriño , near Vigo, Spain. There, we met with our good friend and partner, Brais Pereiro . Brais runs a goalkeeping academy called BPKeepers. It is a specialised center dedicated to training young goalkeepers and helping them reach their full potential.
He actively uses our Once Sport Telestratorto analyse goalkeeper performances, identify mistakes, and highlight key areas for improvement. Seeing our technology in action and making a real impact was a proud moment for us.
Meetings in Santa Maria da Feira
On our final day, we drove to Santa Maria da Feira for two important meetings. The first one was with Moove Health & Sports. We installed Once Sport Autocam for their game recordings. They were impressed by how easy it is to set up and the immediate benefits it provides for them.
The second meeting was with CD Feirensea club competing in the Portuguese 2nd division. We discussed potential collaborations and how Once Sport Analyser could help them improve and work towards returning to Portugal’s top division.
Wrapping Up
And just like that, our amazing week came to an end. We returned home with countless new opportunities to explore in Portugal and Spain. With so many valuable connections made, exciting discussions, and successful product demonstrations, we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
