- 2 neutral players positioned at each end of the rectangle, acting as outlets for switching play and resetting possession.
- Touch Limits:
- Neutral players: Restricted to 1 touch to encourage quick decision-making.
- All other players: Allowed 3 touches to focus on control and purposeful ball circulation.

- Bibs for teams and neutral players (distinct colors).

Drill Description
Gameplay Basics:
Objective:
- The primary goal is to retain possession and complete 10 consecutive passes to earn 1 point.
Neutral Players:
- The central neutral player provides support and creates numerical superiority (5v4).
- The end-line neutral players act as outlets for switching play or relieving pressure.
Passing and Touch Rules:
- Players inside the rectangle are limited to 3 touches to encourage controlled possession.
- Neutral players are limited to 1 touch , promoting quick and efficient ball movement.
Continuous Play:
- If the defending team wins the ball, they immediately transition to attack and attempt to maintain possession using the neutral players.
Duration and Intensity
- Duration: 4–5 sets of 4–6 minutes each, with 1–2 minutes of rest between sets.
- Intensity: High intensity, with emphasis on continuous movement and quick decision-making.
