Objective of the Drill:

Pitch Setup:

- Goals: 8 small goals (two on each side of the square).
- Four goals on one half of the pitch are defended by Team A.
- Four goals on the other half are defended by Team B.
- Neutral Player: One neutral player positioned inside the square, playing with the team in possession.
- Equipment: 8 small goals, cones to mark the square, and bibs to distinguish teams.
