The latest Once Sport update is here! Bringing a series of improvements designed to smooth your workflow and make your analysis even clearer. From fresh-looking drawings to new Field Mapping features and faster navigation! This release focuses on the details that will help make your work easier and more attractive.

Drawing That Stands Out
Drawings are one of the clearest ways to communicate ideas, which is why we’ve redesigned our drawing features.
Arrows, lines, and Highlight a player symbols now come with a modern look, complete with subtle shadows and a 3D finish. The result? Drawings that look professional and stand out clearly during presentations.
Even more complex features, like Players formation line and Players formation area, have been updated, so your tactical visuals are consistent throughout the analysis.
Field Mapping, Now More Powerful
Field Mapping is one of our newest features, and with this update, it becomes even better. You can now measure distances directly on the pitch using the new Area and Players Formation Area features, making tactical visualisations much richer. Mapping lines can also be adjusted with pinpoint accuracy by moving the lines in the canvas. Lastly, we added numbered points to guide you through the whole mapping process.
And to make things even easier, field mapping drawings can now be added straight from the element toolbar, in the same place you already add overlay and tracking elements. The result is a much simpler and quicker Field Mapping flow.
A Simpler Timeline Navigation
Ever moved the time slider and just hoped you were landing on the right moment? Not anymore.
Now, when you drag the slider in the Tagging or Drawing window, you’ll see a live preview of that exact moment in the match. No more guessing, you’ll always be in the right place at the right time.
We’ve made the timeline tab more visual, too. New markings in the timeline tab of the tagging window make it easier to spot, navigate, and edit key events. You can now see all the tagged actions, and instantly add markings (good, bad, favourite, and note) in just one click. This small change adds up to a smoother, more natural editing flow.
Projects, Made Flexible
We know analysis doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why projects are now much more flexible.
Need to switch the video source? Change action templates? You can do it now with ease with the new settings button inside the tagging and drawing windows, even after the project has been created. And you don’t have to restart! Finally, you are now able to change the video source straight from the project list.
Faster, Smoother, Smarter
Behind the scenes, this update brings a series of improvements that make Once Sport more reliable and easier to use every day. The video player has been optimised for much smoother playback, with support for a wider range of formats, so you can work with almost any file. Navigation has also been improved. Scrolling and touchpad movements now feel far more fluid and responsive.
We’ve made licence management simpler, too. Licences now switch automatically, so there’s no need to copy and paste licences anymore. And for those managing multiple users, you can add notes directly in the dashboard to keep everything organised.

What’s Next
We’re not stopping here. Soon, you’ll even be able to start your analysis before the video has arrived. Imagine preparing all your tags, actions, and notes in advance, then, once the footage is ready, simply link it to your work. Everything will sync up instantly, giving you a huge head start and making your workflow faster than ever.
