Recently, we embarked on an exciting trip to The Coach Experience conference in Rimini in Italy.
The Coach Experience is a premier professional development conference organized by the Italian Football Coaches Association. Various football professionals meet there to network, share knowledge, and explore the latest trends and methodologies.

Day 1: Kickoff
The conference kicked off with a bang, featuring numerous renowned Italian football coaches, match analysts, and directors. The lineup included experts such as Mario Beretta, Fabio Pecchia (head coach of Parma), Paolo Tramezzani (head coach of Istra 1964), and many others. The highlight of the day was a webinar by Luciano Spalletti, the head coach of the Italian national team, who couldn’t attend in person but still made a significant impact.
The first day was particularly special for us, as we had the opportunity to present our software on the main stage. It was a great experience to showcase our innovations to such an esteemed audience.
The day concluded with a delightful evening in the charming city center of Rimini, followed by a dinner with our good friend Massimo Lucchesi from allenatore.net. We’ve collaborated with Massimo for the past two years, and it was wonderful to catch up in person.
Day 2: Building Connections
The second day of the conference was equally thrilling. Alberto Bollini, the celebrated coach who led the Italian U19 team to victory in the last European championship, was one of the main attractions. Other sessions featured prominent figures like Simone Baggio, Davide Possanzini, and Luca Gotti of Lecce.
This day was incredibly busy for our team, as many coaches visited our stand to learn about Once Sport Analyser and Once Sport Autocam. We established new connections and met several individuals whom we had only interacted with online.
Engaging with coaches and discussing solutions for their video analysis needs was truly rewarding. The day ended with us filming an interview for our partner Niccolo Brancati of CalcioPanchina and answering his insightful questions.
Day 3: Celebrating Excellence
The final day began with an inspiring lesson from the legendary Daniele De Rossi, coach of AS Roma. The afternoon was dedicated to the announcement of the best coaches by the AIAC (Associazione Italiana Allenatori Calcio).
Simone Inzaghi, head coach of Inter Milan, was honored with the Panini award for the best coach of Serie A 2023/2024.
Looking ahead
The Coach Experience 2024 left us thoroughly impressed, not only by the sheer number of coaches involved but also by the quality of the sessions led by some of football’s greatest names. For Once Sport, this event reaffirmed our growing presence in Italy and the enthusiastic support we’ve received.
