How does the subscription work, and can it be cancelled or paused?

Each subscription (monthly or yearly) renews automatically at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted access to our software. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

If you need to take a break but don't want to cancel entirely, you also have the option to pause your subscription. By pausing, you maintain your current subscription price, any applied discounts, and all subscription benefits. Pausing is flexibleโ€”you can choose a custom period that suits your needs. Once the pause period ends, your subscription will automatically resume, ensuring you stay connected without having to restart or re-enroll.

Which payment options do you accept?

Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Revolut, Skrill, Western Union, or wire transfers (for yearly subscriptions). Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email with your licence and a download link for the program.

How to activate the licence?

To activate the software, locate your licence code in the email or dashboard. Open the software, paste the code into the designated field, and click 'Activate.'

How to manage my subscription, licences and invoices? How can I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can open Account Management directly from the software. Please check this video tutorial.

Can I pay via wire transfer?

If you need a quotation and payment details for wire transfers (available only for yearly subscriptions), please contact us at info@once.sport . Note that wire transfers are not accepted for monthly payments.

Will I receive an invoice?

Once your payment is processed, the system will automatically send you an invoice via email. You can also download it anytime from the account management system. If you need another copy, feel free to contact us, and we'll resend it to you.

Is it possible to upgrade my licence?

You can upgrade your licence at any time. The cost will be adjusted based on the remaining time on your current licence. To proceed, email us at info@once.sport , and we'll provide further instructions.

Can I use Once Sport Analyser on different computers?

A licence can only be active on one device at a time, but it's possible to transfer it to another device.

How to transfer a licence?

Deactivate from the software โ€“ Open the software, deactivate the licence, then go to the Dashboard to copy the new licence key and activate it on your new device.

Deactivate from the Dashboard โ€“ Log in to the Dashboard, deactivate the licence, copy the new key, and activate it on your new device.

Note: Each time you deactivate the software, the licence key is refreshed, so be sure to copy the new one.

Can I share the licence with others inside my organisation?

One licence is for one person. If multiple users are needed, please contact us at info@once.sport to get a discount. We can offer special packages for multiple licences (3+1 free and similar setups).

Is it possible to get a refund?

Refunds are only available if an error was made by the Once Sport team. All subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime. We also offer a 14-day free trial of Once Sport Analyser Elite so you can try it before purchasing. For any questions, contact us at info@once.sport .

Do I need to re-enter my licence with each renewal?

No, you only need to enter the licence once during the initial activation.

How does the licence renew automatically?

Your licence will renew and extend automatically with each subscription payment. The software can operate offline but requires an internet connection to reactivate the renewed licence.

How do I set up my licence for automatic renewal?

As long as your subscription is active and the licence is activated on your device, it will renew automatically. However, if the licence is deactivated at the time of subscription renewal, you will need to copy the new licence from the Dashboard and activate it in the software.

What happens if my automatic licence renewal fails due to payment issues?

If your automatic licence renewal fails due to payment issues, our system will retry the transaction within the next 24 to 48 hours and you will be informed about it via email. After several unsuccessful retries, the system will automatically cancel the subscription.
