A video doesn't want to open in the program?

A drawing is not in the correct place after export.

What if the video playback is slow?
Check the format, resolution, bitrate, and frame rate (fps) of the video. Our software supports 2k and 4k videos, but if your computer is less powerful, you may need to lower the resolution and bitrate by converting the files.
I have an error while exporting
Make sure both the original video file and the export destination are saved on your local hard drive.
Export with the drawings is very slow, why?
Exporting with drawings can be slow due to several factors, such as the size of the original video file, the number of actions, drawings, and tracking objects, as well as the power of your computer. Larger files take longer to process, and exporting with drawings requires multiple conversions, which can take up to three times longer than exporting without drawings. To speed up the process, ensure your graphics card driver is up-to-date and consider converting large video files to a smaller format.
